Who Qualifies for the ECO 4 Initiative in Plaistow?

It can be difficult to navigate the eligibility criteria of the ECO 4 Initiative, but don’t worry! ECO 4 Ltd is here to help. The decisive factor often hinges on your property’s Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating, with a prerequisite for a minimum improvement (commonly referred to as the minimum uplift). Ultimately, the more your EPC rating needs to be improved, the more ECO 4 Support program in Plaistow is allocated to your property.

How To Apply

To kickstart the process, you’ll need to initiate an application for an ECO 4 Subsidy program in Plaistow area. Filling out the application is a breeze, taking just seconds to complete. After submission, your application is processed within 48 hours, although approvals can be immediate in some cases. Once your application is approved, it will be assigned to a local installer who will conduct a thorough evaluation. Occasionally, additional information may be requested to ensure your property meets the necessary criteria.

The registered installer will schedule a complimentary survey at a convenient time for you, once your eligibility has been confirmed. If the survey results are positive, the installer will arrange a consultation with you to finalise a date for installation.

Next, the installer takes charge of submitting your application to the relevant energy company on your behalf. Upon approval by the energy provider, the ECO 4 Funding initiatives in Plaistow region are paid directly to the installer. The installation process begins immediately after the application has been approved.
