Who Qualifies for the ECO 4 Initiative in Woodford Green?

Navigating the eligibility criteria for the ECO 4 Initiative can be intricate, but fret not! ECO 4 Ltd is here to help. The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), which is a rating of your property, can be a deciding factor. A minimum improvement (commonly known as the minimum uplift) is required. The more your EPC needs to be improved, then the more ECO 4 Support program in Woodford Green will be allocated to your property.

How To Apply

You’ll need an application for a ECO 4 Support scheme in Woodford Green region to kickstart the process. The application can be completed in a matter of seconds. After submission, your application is processed within 48 hours, although approvals can be immediate in some cases. Once approved, your application gets assigned to a registered installer servicing your local area, who then conducts a thorough assessment. Occasionally, additional information may be requested to ensure your property meets the necessary criteria.

Upon confirmation of eligibility, the registered installer schedules a complimentary, no-obligation survey at a time convenient for you. Should the survey yield favourable results, the installer arranges a consultation to finalise an installation date.

Next, the installer takes charge of submitting your application to the relevant energy company on your behalf. Upon approval from the energy supplier, the ECO 4 Financial initiative in Woodford Green area is disbursed directly to the installer. The installation process begins immediately after the application has been approved.
