Who Qualifies for the ECO 4 Initiative in West Thurrock?

It can be difficult to navigate the eligibility criteria of the ECO 4 Initiative, but don’t worry! ECO 4 Ltd can help. The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), which is a rating of your property, can be a deciding factor. A minimum improvement (commonly known as the minimum uplift) is required. Ultimately, the more your EPC rating needs to be improved, the more ECO 4 Grant program in West Thurrock is allocated to your property.

How To Apply

To kickstart the process, you’ll need to initiate an application for an ECO 4 Grant initiative in West Thurrock area. The application can be completed in a matter of seconds. Following submission, your application undergoes processing within a 48-hour window, although in some cases, approvals are immediate. Once approved, your application gets assigned to a registered installer servicing your local area, who then conducts a thorough assessment. Occasionally, additional information may be requested to ensure your property meets the necessary criteria.

Upon confirmation of eligibility, the registered installer schedules a complimentary, no-obligation survey at a time convenient for you. If the survey results are positive, the installer will arrange a consultation with you to finalise a date for installation.

The installer will then submit your application on your behalf to the relevant energy company. Upon approval by the energy provider, the ECO 4 Support initiatives in West Thurrock region are paid directly to the installer. With the application greenlit, the installation process commences promptly.
