Who Qualifies for the ECO 4 Initiative in South Woodford?

Navigating the eligibility criteria for the ECO 4 Initiative can be intricate, but fret not! ECO 4 Ltd can help. The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), which is a rating of your property, can be a deciding factor. A minimum improvement (commonly known as the minimum uplift) is required. Ultimately, the more your EPC rating needs to be improved, the more ECO 4 Grant initiative in South Woodford is allocated to your property.

How To Apply

You’ll need an application for a ECO 4 Support program in South Woodford region to kickstart the process. Filling out the application is a breeze, taking just seconds to complete. After submission, your application is processed within 48 hours, although approvals can be immediate in some cases. Once approved, your application gets assigned to a registered installer servicing your local area, who then conducts a thorough assessment. Sometimes, additional information is requested to make sure your property meets all the criteria.

Upon confirmation of eligibility, the registered installer schedules a complimentary, no-obligation survey at a time convenient for you. Should the survey yield favourable results, the installer arranges a consultation to finalise an installation date.

The installer will then submit your application on your behalf to the relevant energy company. Upon approval from the energy supplier, the ECO 4 Subsidy initiative in South Woodford area is disbursed directly to the installer. The installation process begins immediately after the application has been approved.
